Everything was incredible, including absolutely courteous and excellent staff with our every request. It was based in absolutely charming building in a lovely location, in a nice quiet area too. We tried some drinks at gastropub Infuze Bar, located 15 minutes walk away. The pool was very clean and we had free soft drinks in the snack bar.
Views appeared to be not very good.

The breakfast available was savoury and free with wine and many different dishes to choose from. The hotel has beautiful location not far from the prettiest areas and a promenade and the restaurants on the street. Besides, it was 5 mins walk from Puro Beach...

I would come back here because I had a great time. the location is fantastic, only 2 km from a beautiful sandy beach. the hotel is surrounded by nice restaurants and bars. the staff is friendly and accommodating.

The staff was super friendly, reliable and helpful, the breakfast buffet very rich and with the fresh fruit very tasty. The complex was attractively designed, beautiful garden, great view and quiet rooms. The bus stop right in front of the hotel was also very practical.
Mattresses were a bit worn out, blanket too thin, because it was still very cold.

It was simply a wonderful stay. Especially to emphasize the friendliness of the whole staff, especially the receptionist Linda, who really fulfilled every wish and also gave good tips for exploring the surroundings. Every morning there was an excellent breakfast with lots of fresh regional products. Really a perfect price-performance ratio.

The location was absolutely perfect, right by the sea with superb views. There are many nearby restaurants to explore. the hotel offers three pools, sunbathing areas, and even a waterfall. Breakfast was outstanding, offering a variety of delicious options to choose from.

The walls and room doors are very thin and let many noises through, which is why our sleep was often disturbed. The bathroom was very small and dark (hardly any daylight). The pool is very small. The size of the sauna is a joke for a hotel with 160 beds. Only two people could fit in.
The hotel, service, location and cleanliness were alright. The breakfast was great!
